The Loft balanced flue gas stove from Gazco is definitely the most convincing one we've seen to date. It really does look wonderful with its highly realistic hand-painted ceramic logs and tall flame patterns (enhanced by a special black reflective heat resistant glass lined firebox) and subtle curved and gently tapered premium quality steel bodywork. If you want the look of a designer log burner with all the programmable convenience of gas (either natural or LPG) then the Loft should be at the top of your list. Apart from five free-standing variants (see separate listing), unusually the Loft stove also comes in two wall-mounted versions – the most striking of which has the matching optional Top Section fitted to give the stove an additional 642mm of height that brings it to an elegant 1440mm high – great for taller rooms.
Whichever of the wall-mounted Loft gas stoves you choose both have been designed with outstanding efficiency (A-rated 94.3%), superb performance and attention to detail that Gazco are renowned for. Either gas stove will create an impressive user-friendly focal point with the added benefit of delivering up to 4.5kW heat to warm even in the larger living space. The Loft features a thermostatic programmable remote which will provide total control of the heat output range that starts at just 2kW, making the Loft a quick and very practical heat source whatever the season.
