Hickory Chunks

Enhancing the flavour of your food is simple with just a handful of these Hickory Smoking Chunks; they are the perfect partner to any red meats, especially briskets and steaks, but equally delicious with pork, burgers and sausages. Best used for Low & Slow cooking as the larger pieces of wood will smoulder for longer, giving a sustained smoke to your food. Pre-soak for at least 30 minutes before use.
