Achieve authentic brick oven baking results with the BGE Baking Stone. Place on top of your ConvEGGtor. Improves with use.

This speciality stone works by pulling moisture from the outer surface of the dough and distributing the heat evenly. As a result, you'll be able to get an authentic brick oven crust on your bread or pizza. The beauty of this product is that it gets better with age.

Simply place the Baking Stone on top of your ConvEGGtor and you're good to go!

How to Set Up

SURFACE: BAKING STONE
Moisture is drawn into the baking stone leaving you with a beautiful brick oven style crust to your pizza. The quality ceramics are able to retain and evenly distribute high temperatures across the baking stone

THE CONVEGGTOR
The ConvEGGtor provides a heat barrier between the charcoal and food, and the convection process radiates the surrounding heat from the charcoal, side walls and dome. Moisture is maintained as a result of the insulating ceramics

HEAT
You want to really heat your Baking Stone up, so we like to fire it up to about 300c, then drop it down to 260c when we start cooking
