The Hwam 2620M is a sleek, contemporary styled wall mounted wood burner that's not only Defra approved but has also passed the exacting DIBt standards which, along with its direct external air supply capability, will ensure safe operation in an airtight low energy home. This makes it a rare stove indeed. With this and everything else the Hwam 2620M has to offer we believe that this is a wood stove that represents outstanding value for money. A larger than average window, which is kept clean by Hwam's 3-Way air wash system, along with the full height side windows will also provide you with a highly satisfying 180º view of the Hwam 2620M's wonderful flames wherever you are in the room.
The Hwam 2620M Wall Mounted delivers a 4.5kW nominal heat output with a wide heat range between 2.0kW and 6.0kW, which make this a very practical wood burner ideally suited to small and medium sized living spaces. Heat and flame height are precisely controlled with the a single discreet slider control which works in combination with the Hwam AutoPilot which comes as standard. This is a really useful feature that makes getting the very best out of your stove and fuel incredibly easy. The AutoPilot is Hwam's time-served mechanical device which automatically boosts primary air when lighting the fire as well as during reloading and even when the fuel is burning down to produce more efficient and cleaner combustion wherever you are in the burn cycle.
Hwam also give you the option to upgrade the 2620M Wall Mounted with their patented SmartControl (only available in build stage) where the room temperature can be remotely set and gentle reminders to refuel the stove are sounded. You'll never need to worry about how to get the optimum and most eco-friendly performance from the Hwam 2620M— the SmartControl electronics simply takes care of all this.
Impressive build quality and premium materials are in evidence everywhere in the Danish made Hwam 2620M, from the heavy steel bodywork to the precision engineered compressed vermiculite fire bricks inside the fire chamber. The perfectly balanced door features Hwam's unique closing mechanism which ensures a safe airtight seal with the minimum of effort. A lower, smaller pressed steel door, which you simply push in to open, conceals the ash pan chamber and ash pan which will make it much easier to remove ash when you need to. The Hwam 2620M Wall Mounted couldn't be any easier to install since it has both top or rear flue options and the direct external air can also be neatly supplied from the rear.
