WIKING MIRO 6 WITH WARMING SHELF & LOG STORE

The Miro 6 with warming shelf and log store is exactly the same as the Miro 5 but without side windows. It has a nominal heat output of 4.9kW with a wide heat output range of 3.0kW up to 8.0kW depending on fuel load. Underneath the Miro 6's beautifully proportioned bodywork is a stove that's just about as good as it gets. State of the art combustion technology with pre-heated tertiary air and the renowned Wiking Automatic system as standard ensure that the Miro 6 is exceptionally clean burning. The Miro 6 is also Defra approved for burning wood in smoke control areas.

Wiking's superior build quality and attention to detail can be seen everywhere in the Miro 6 from the thick steel bodywork, premium cast iron door and fire grate to the highly engineered vermiculite lined fire chamber with its separate ash pan. Like all the Danish made Wiking stoves the Miro 6 features a larger than average window to provide you with a great view of the fire. This big window is air washed on three sides to deliver more effective glass cleaning.

Controlling the fire and the heat output couldn't be easier with the Miro 6's precise single slider control which is positioned just below the fire chamber door. The door itself features Wiking's unique door closing mechanism which ensures that you can always lock the door and maintain the room seal with the minimum of effort. This air-tight seal has also undergone the strict German DIBt test to ensure that when used with its direct external air supply capability, the Miro 6 can be safely operated within passive houses and homes with MVHR, or rooms with extractor fans, without any risk of smoke spillage (subject to BS8303 tests).

The Miro 6's handy top warming shelf offers you a variety of uses from simply keeping food warm until it's ready to be served to cooking tasty long and slow dishes without it ever costing you a penny extra on energy. The helpful 300mm high log store will easily hold around 12 logs which would normally be more than enough for a full evening's worth of generous heat.
